Sample approach: Organisational Relationship & Systems (ORS)
ORS Coaching shifts an individual team member's perspective from relationship with self and relationship with other team members, to relationship with the team as a system. We call this system the "third entity". By looking at the relationship system as its own system, the team have more space to be creative in designing how they want to thrive in this system.
